As we age, especialy from our 40s onwards, our body naturally starts to lose muscle mass, up to 5% every decade if you do nothing about it! This affects not just about how you look, it also affects your energy, your balance, your bone density, your metabolism, and your ability to stay independent as you get older.

 

Stiffness that gets worse. Strength that quietly fades. Small things that used to be effortless like carrying bags, climbing stairs, or keeping up with the grandchildren start to feel like hard work

 

The good news? This isn't inevitable. Strength training is one of the most well-researched ways to slow, and in many cases reverse, these effects. But knowing that and actually doing something about it are two very different things.

 

Most people put it off. They wait until it gets worse. And every year they wait makes it harder to get back what they've lost.

Step 2 — We Build Your Personal Plan Together We'll work out together what personal training looks like for you. The right sessions, at the right pace, in the right place. Whether that's 1-to-1 training at the Hurst Leisure Centre in Tadley, small group training in Ashford Hill, or online coaching from home, it will be simple, clear and built entirely around your life.
