Over 12 weeks you'll follow a progressive strength training programme delivered through the JSWFitness App, with every exercise demonstrated through video so you always know exactly what to do and how to do it safely.
Your programme is built around low impact, joint friendly movements that build lean muscle, support bone density and improve your energy, balance and posture. No burpees, no jumping and no sessions that leave you exhausted for the rest of the day.
Throughout the 12 weeks you'll have regular check ins to track your progress, adjust your programme as needed and make sure you're always moving in the right direction. You'll also have email support whenever you need it so you never feel lost or on your own.
By the end of the programme most women tell me they feel stronger and more capable than they have in years. Stubborn weight around the midsection starts to shift. Energy becomes more consistent.
