I have been working with James for a little over 4 years now, and I am extremely pleased with the results and experience. He is
very encouraging and pushes me beyond what I would normally do on my own.
The workouts change every 6 weeks to keep my body always under new pressures and to help me to continue to see
progression.
He is very personable and a well rounded person and trainer and can deal with people of all ages and skills.
I started with him at the age of 65 and was getting stuck with my workouts i.e. no progression and doing the same old thing each time. Now
at 70 I have far exceeded my original goals and somehow I seem to keep improving, this includes being able to deadlift 100kg which I thought would be impossible, a 1 rep max on the
bench press to 75kg (4 years ago i struggled with 35kg)
II can’t praise him high enough. Its like at the age of 70 I’m stronger and fitter than I have been for years and also trimmed my waist
down from 40” to 34” and my weight down from 97kg to 84kg!!
