BodyFit is my six week small group fitness programme based at Ashford Hill Village Hall in Tadley. Sessions run every Monday and Friday from 6.15am to 7am, giving you two focused, effective workouts a week that fit around your morning before the day begins.

 

Every session is different. Using bodyweight as the ultimate piece of equipment, I put together varied circuits and HIIT style workouts designed to help you tone up, boost your fitness and feel genuinely good in your body again.

 

There are no complicated machines, no intimidating gym environment and no experience needed. Just you, a small group of like minded women and a programme that gets real results.

 

What Makes BodyFit Different

 

BodyFit isn't about being shouted at or pushed to breaking point. It's about training with a group of women who all want the same things — to feel fitter, look better and enjoy being active again.

 

Every exercise can be modified to suit your fitness level so whether you're just starting out or returning after a break, you'll always work at the right level for you. All I ask is that you give it everything you've got.

 

All you need to bring is a water bottle, a mat and a positive attitude. I'll take care of the rest.
